It started as a dream... to own and fly one of Russia's famous Polikarpov fighters. At Easter 1998, five Polikarpow 1-16 fighters took to the air in the spectacular "Red Stars Rising" Warbirds over Wanaka International Airshow.

The airshow also features the famous Russian aerobatic aircraft, the Sukhoi SU 31. Special on board cameras put you in the cockpit of this amazing aircraft.

The DVD also includes on board cameras from the Polikarpovs and spectacular air-to-air footage of the Spitfire, Mustang, Kittyhawk, Corsair and other Warbirds.
